Expungement of Marijuana Convictions

Effective July 12, 2021, persons who are eligible for expungement may  begin petitioning the courts for relief as provided by the Smart and Safe  Arizona Act, Proposition 207. All trial courts shall accept petitions for  expungement of records for eligible violations.

• When filling out an Expungement Petition, you must fill the form out in its entirety as well as all case information. If the court cannot identify a case ,this expungement can be dismissed by the Judge. Please see Instructions and petition below.
